I don't know all the formalities in this sport but for the last few years, I've been watching the Kittitas team. Myobservation and it's not much, is that they have a full wrestling program from top to bottom. I have been downon the mat taking pictures and I love the way those coaches interact with the kids. It's positive, resourceful anddisciplined all at the same time. You can tell that the kids really care about what the coaches have to say...andthey listen! It's clear they have earned respect form the kids and in today's society, most of us know how hardthat is to accomplish that task. They don't try to degrade, belittle or destroy what if any confidence the kidshave but work on the positives and they're strengths. Even though I'm a Reardan Die-hard-fan and I don't know much about Wardens program, I'm not trying to take away from it. I think Kittias has what it takes and would expect them to be the main contenders in the dome this year coming February.
Honestly, I don't know one who would, so not to jinx themselves, lol! But it's nice to know that thereare good teams out there and the competition improves within the "B" level. Having Warden dropdown to B's will only help this league improve and gain the respect it deserves. When I was atTri State, I was sitting next to a 4A team. When ever a kid came up and stated he won his match, all the kids would tease him and say he only won because he wrestled a "B" school.
