NW8MAN.com listed Colton as a TTW. They opened on the road against preseason #7 Wilbur-Creston. Colton prevailed 80-36. They will be a fun TTW this season. How did other top 10 teams fair?

i have had the privalidge to see both lopez and lummi play this year an i have too say that i my eyes lopez wood have a really good chance to upset lummi, lopez is big, strong, an fast. i'll pay 5 dallors to watch that game. just my opinion.

I thought Lopez had beat Lummi, then i looked the lopez website and it was Lummi's J.V they played, why would they do that if they could beat Lummi's varsity? I know Kramer of Lopez might be the best 8 man athlete in the state but i dont know how far that would get them in 4 quarters. you can only go to the well so many times before it goes dry, does Lopez have other good athletes around Kramer? that would be interesting to see. Thanks for the update renegade. its great to see Tulalip on the grid iron!

Here's the Wilbur-Creston 2012 schedule                Tough road games as closest game is Soap Lake and Waterville. Both around
Aug 31 at Colton                                           65 miles from Wilbur. Not one road game against traditional foes.
Sept 7 Waterville
     14 LaCrosse-Washtucna
     21 at Entiat
     28 Odessa-Harrington (Homecoming)
Oct. 5 at Pateros
     12 ACH
     19 at Soap Lake
     26 Curlew
Nov. 2 Crossover with NE North Division

Northeast 1B Football Games for August 31
Republic at Hunters-Inchelium and ACH at Soap Lake are league games
Northport at Selkirk and Waterville at Entiat are divisional non-league games
Pateros at Curlew is a North-South non-league game
Cusick at Wallace, SJE at Wellpinit, OH at LW and WC at Colton are all non-league games

Wishkah seems to have been picked the top team in the Pacific 8-man league. Taholah, MMK and Lyle will be right up there.

Forgot to add to Wellpinit's schedule, either November 2 or 4 they will play crossover game with NE B8 south team. Opponent, time, and place will be determined after regular season.
