Dayton beat their alumni tonight 59 to 45. A bit of a sloppy one but they move to 7-0. The Fullerton kid had a good game with a lot of action underneath the hoop.

 Mules beat Kalama 66-49. Wyatt Parker had an outstanding game with 24 pts (10 of 15 2's), John Chambers 15, Chris Bilgic 8, Yannik Kreutter 7, Brett Chaput 6, Lars Blix 4, Peter Weiler 2 and Travis Wegdahl 1. Eli McElroy came out in the 1st quarter with an injury.

 Yes, the Manson/Wilson Creek score is correct.  Manson starters only played for a few minutes and the team quit pressing and fast breaking soon into the game.  They also were instructed to pass so many times before taking a shot and even let the shot clock run out on them a few times.  I guess Wilson Creek is in a "rebuilding" year?

Looks like the Manson-LBH series may be interesting this year is that's the case. My mighty Mt. Lions did something slightly similar to the Blue devils. 70something-16.

Bear Creek beat South Kitsap (4A) 75-60 in the Bellevue College Holiday Tournament this evening.

Grizzlies had six players with nine or more points, led by Luke Blankenbeckler with 16 and seven rebounds.  They will take on another 4A school, Inglemoor, tomorrow evening.

More on the Bear Creek win over  South Kitsap from the Seattle Times...

For the first time in WIAA basketball history a 2B school has beat a 4A school; Bear Creek Grizzlies defeat 4A South Kitsap Wolves (75-60) on Wednesday at the Bellevue College Holiday HS Tournament. The Grizzlies were led by sophomore Luke Blankenbeckler with 16 points and senior Lucas Fernandez with 15 points. Come cheer for the Grizzlies on Thursday, 5:15 PM, at Bellevue College as they take on the Inglemoor Vikings

Impressive for Bear Creek.  Maxpreps shows South Kitsap is now 4-3 and Inglemoor is 2-6.
