 Man great game!! The Ducks are scrappy. I think people are gonna be surprised by how good D4 is. I'm gonna say 3 are gonna go to Spokane. The refs tonight were brutal in my opinion. They were giving guys the NBA continuation stuff that guys were fouled on the floor but they gave them 2 shots. Anyone else feel the same way?? Just my 2 cents I give em credit for being a ref but thought it was some often worst officiatIng I've ever witnessed. Thoughts??

    Welcome once again to a Gray's Harbor officiating crew.  Year in and year out the sorriest excuse for officiating I've ever seen.

Adna 47  TL 42....the Ducks made us earn everything we got!! That was a great game. Coleman was huge at the end! Very proud of our boys for coming together. Pirates with a nice 19-6 run to close it out. Looking forward to fridays games.

This was preceded by the Lady Pirates First Ever District Title with a win over Pe Ell!

Congrats are in order to both the Adna boys and girls squads. District Champs.... Well done. I really thought my predicted 1 point Duck victory would come to be there as the game wore on. As I mentioned in another thread Adna does have a couple kids who can drain the 3 ball and boy did it ever show last night. What surprised me most was the complete and total melt down of a Eric Swanson coached team. His teams always know how to finish a game. Adna was able to match Toutle's intensity late in the game and then raised it a notch in crunch time.

Wasn't gonna say anything but is that the real reason? Feel bad for you guys. IMO, it's one thing to be "not so sure" on a call but there was some that just blew my mind. we'll end it there.

We all saw the same thing...a defensive battle that was physical.  Limited inside game for Adna, limited outside shooting for TL.  Coleman hit some shots and Adna stepped up to take the game when it appeared nobody wanted it.
