pass interference
What is the contact rule for a DB? I have been told it is still the 5 yard bumper and then I was advised the DB can pressure as long as it doesnt interfer with the WR until the ball is in the air. If the last is true I need to adjust my pressure of DB.

35 second clock- if a shooter shoots the ball and the 35 clock goes off before ball hits rim is it a violation or not thanks

no timeouts left
ref, can a team call a timeout with none left, ref stops clock, realizes they have no timeouts left and now we cant run clock dn. to end the half cause the ref stopped it. there has to be a violation somewhere there?? this happen in the t-dome- adna/t.b.

Inbounding interpretation
When a player is inbounds and steps on or over the side/end lines they are out. When a player who is out of bounds steps on or over the line while inbounding the ball why is illegal? Aren't they still out of bounds?
