KANSAS CITY, Missouri - William Jewell College of Liberty, Missouri will once again be featured by TEAM Sports during production of live events on the William Jewell College Sports Network (WJCSN).

Rick Cole will be the voice of the Cardinals for the fourth year, joined by Carla Cole, Tim Crone and Jordan Lanning for coverage of Cardinal football, volleyball and soccer this fall.

Not only will the games be live and archived on the internet, but this year fans not able to listen online can access the live broadcast through their mobile phones by calling (816) 410-7959 (see related story).

The Cardinals are also on Twitter, under the name WJCSportsNet.

The initial event of the 2009-10 schedule is Jewell volleyball, with the Cardinals hosting Savannah College of Arts and Design on Wednesday, September 2nd at 7:30 pm. The pregame will begin at approximately 7:15 from the Mabee Center in Liberty.

Cardinal football kicks off with an evening contest on September 5th against Benedictine College. Pregame begins at 5:30 with the kickoff scheduled for 6:00. Interviews from the CARSTAR pre-season picnic are to be archived on the TEAM Sports site and the WJCSN site (see related link).
