KANSAS CITY, Missouri - TEAM Sports and AudioNow of Reston, VA have combined to offer an exciting new way for internet sports listeners: the ability to listen to TEAM Sports-produced games through a telephone or cell phone device during live broadcasts produced by TEAM Sports.

The service is free (except for any standard phone line or cell charges/minutes) to listeners by calling in during the live broadcast of any TEAM Sports event. The number is a local Kansas City-area number: (816) 410-7959.

TEAM Sports is the play by play voice for William Jewell College, the Blue Springs (MO) School District, Rockhurst University Basketball, and various other projects produced by the Kansas City company.

AudioNow delivers technology which allows listeners on any phone to listen to the internet radio simply by calling the phone number which connects to broadcasters that are enabled on their mobile network. The system is especially valuable to people who cannot be connected to the internet during a live broadcast and want to check on the progress of a game or wish to listen to the entire event.

TEAM Sports will celebrate their tenth anniversary in January. Since the first high school telecast 10 years ago, TEAM Sports has produced over 1100 games for broadcast on local TV, radio and on the internet. Rick and Carla Cole are the owners.
