AMES, IA - The Kansas City Stars finished fourth in the Midwest High School Hockey League regular season standings and will begin their quest for a championship agaisnt the 5th seeded Des Moines Capitals in Ames at the ISU Ice Arena.

The game was a scheduled noon start, but due to the inclement weather yesterday in Kansas City, the team was unable to arrive in time to make the scheduled start time. The game will be delayed anywher from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on when they get here, and will commence as soon as possible.
