ALL RECEIVING SYSTEMS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL: hardware, software, and service provider combinations have made it nearly impossible to predict every problem viewers might face; everyone seems to have a different situation, so it's difficult to cover all possibilities in advance.
HOWEVER, HERE ARE SOME MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS THAT MIGHT HELP YOU DETERMINE YOUR ABILITY TO RECEIVE OUR TELECAST:
*Have a Pentium 4 or higher processor.
*Be running Windows XP or a later version.

SOME MORE INFO AND TIPS THAT MIGHT HELP:
--Click on the "Watch Live" link FOR THE GAME YOU WISH TO VIEW. In some cases (soccer, basketball, softball and baseball) there may be a doubleheader scheduled, but only one game shows up at a time. Thus, once the first game is completed, the second game's "Watch Live" link will appear; this will be done as quickly as humanly possible following completion of the first event.
--For all live video productions, you will then be asked to enter your credit card information and select a MeridixID and password. You may purchase access to the production before the production has begun, but again, Click on the "Watch Live" link FOR THE GAME YOU WISH TO VIEW. (If you make a mistake, go ahead and order the right game and I will reimburse you)
--If the game broadcast feed has not begun there will be nothing to connect to, so please try again closer to the listed start time. Pregame shows will start as close as possible to the listed time.
--During the process of connecting to the feed, follow all instructions to shut down pop-up blockers or allow Active X to run on your computer. We have also found that some people were asked to install plug-ins, which you should do (especially on Macs; see the NOTE FOR MAC USERS below). For the most part, go with the flow of what your computer asks you to do.
--IMPORTANT: If you cease receiving the broadcast, your computer may be buffering the video in order to play it (our stream's speed is 568 Kbps).
If our connection is disrupted for some reason (like lightning, technical error or human error), please try hitting the small, round, blue button with the white triangle (the play button) on the bottom left of your viewing screen. From time to time our signal is interrupted, but should be available again within moments, so try it a couple of times.
--If you are still disconnected, please try reconnecting by closing the window and logging in again. Your ticket for the event is good throughout the event.
--Many listeners/viewers who seem to have trouble hearing the broadcasts eventually discover that their speakers are not active or are turned down or not on at all.
A NOTE FOR MAC USERS:
Our video stream is done through Windows Media, and according to our tech people, MacIntosh computers have been very finicky when playing Windows Media files. If asked for a plug in, try the plug-ins at this link: meridix.com/support
